You print the labels from the portal and apply them before sending. The hub scans the barcode on arrival. Boxes without a label incur a manual-intake charge.

The greater of the hub-measured weight and the volumetric weight. A measurement photo is kept for every box and shown on the billing line in the portal.

The consignee's Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required. Its format is validated at intake.

Just the order number on the label. The public tracking page shows the whole journey with that one number.

Prepaid deposit by default. Each box is deducted at dispatch, and a monthly statement is available as an Excel download. Post-paid terms are agreed separately.
